Originally established in 1987 as an Executive Search Firm, Protocol quickly expanded its services to include a Temporary Placement Division and then a Nurse and Therapist travel segment. Protocol considers itself a boutique service provider in this industry because we always try to customize our services to comply with our client’s needs.
Each Protocol Client receives an assigned Account Manager, who specializes in the particular travel needs requested. Because we are Joint Commission approved, we customize our Compliance Department to insure both the Client and the Joint Commission requirement are met. We also customize our billing statements and invoices to coincide with the Clients needs for identification requirements necessary for Medicare and Medicaid purposes.
Protocol opened a Managed Service Provider program to insure those Clients, who choose to participate in this program, have all their openings filled by Protocol or one of Vendor Partners. This program is totally customized to the Clients needs.
